Dignity and power of control

Dignity is something that could be related to Men, you’ll see that when they lose it, they also lose control, some lose their entire career and life. Well dignity also applied in office as well. The word dignity also similar with authoritative.
It also means that with dignity, you also have power to control you employees.

Keeping the dignity also means maintain professionalism of work, know your employees need, some require to get close with them, but you should show them some respect as well. Words that will inevitably have a professional, hardworking, intelligent, admired, and at the top position.

Charismatic Boss

As a leader and manager, someone responsible for the results obtained by others, are you the boss you need to be? Are you getting the best from your people, and from those you need but don’t control? Are you fully satisfying the ever-rising expectations of your firm and its customers?

Equally important, are you meeting your own expectations? How would you like to work to develop yourself? Are you good enough to achieve your own aspirations? Are you ready for increased responsibility?
These are critical questions all bosses must ask if they want to be fully effective. Why? The two of us have spent nearly 60 years in total studying and practicing management, and again and again we’ve made a troubling observation: Most managers grow and develop to a certain point, and then they stop. They reach the “Plateau of Good Enough.” Perhaps they struggled at first as new managers, but they quickly learned how it’s done in their organizations, how to cope with the challenges they typically face every day, and they’ve come to feel comfortable.

Became a leader and businessman

Working in business is much like being an athlete. You have leaders who seem to take control of situations for a team or a business. Under pressure situations these are the people you count on to make crucial decisions or to come through in a clutch way. Many people look up to these leaders and find advice through them. Business leaders are essential for a company to be successful. You have to have someone who is willing to put it all on the line and make tough decisions that can make or break a company. First you have to understand what being a leader means. Just because you may be a boss with people underneath you does not mean that you are necessary a leader. This is a struggle of power and many bosses make bad leaders.
